Coach Aire Justin & Coach Lucas Quinn
Aire Justin & Lucas Quinn played Defensive Back at the Collegiate level & now train athletes full time.
They are both based out of Los Angeles, California.
With the skills learned from his Father, Tyrone Justin (49ers), his two Uncles, Sydney Justin (LA Rams), Kerry Justin (Seahawks), and cousin, Airabin Justin (Ravens), Aire earned opportunities to play in the NFL, CFL, UFL and AFL. The knowledge he gained over the years as well as the love of the game has strengthened his passion to teach “The Lost Art” of how to play Defensive Back.
Aire spent the last 11 years developing Defensive Backs from the youth to professional level. Starting his coaching career with Culver City High School, followed by Crespi HS, he most recently held the position of Defensive Coordinator for Calabasas High School.
Aire has worked with several NFL players, such as Ben St. Juste (Washington Commanders), Terrell Smith (Chicago Bears), Myles Bryant (New England Patriots) Trumaine Johnson (New York Jets) John Johnson (Los Angeles Rams), Troy Hill (Los Angeles Rams), Jordan Fuller (Los Angeles Rams), Greedy Williams (2019 2nd Round Draft, Cleveland Browns), and Winston Rose (Cincinnati Bengals), along with multiple Division 1 and future NFL prospects through his training business, Aire Athletics LLC.
He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Speed Coach. He is a graduate of California Lutheran University (May '18) and for 4 years worked as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for CLU, having trained several teams including Football. He owns and operates his private training facility, training athletes full time and specializing in Speed & Strength development.
As a DB for CLU, Lucas was a 4-year starter and a Team Captain. He started at 4 different positions throughout his career: Cornerback, Free Safety, Strong Safety, & Outside Linebacker, finishing his college career with 31 career starts, 161 total tackles, 5 interceptions, and 15 pass break ups.
Lucas and his wife, Samantha, have a 5-year-old son, Case, a 3-year-old daughter, Colette, and a 6-month-old daughter, Sofie.
